Smart Lighting

Lighting sets the mood in any home. Bring your home into the 21st century with integrated smart home lighting. What we mean about integrated is that the lighting works with you:

At dusk certain lights can automatically turn on and turn off at bedtime.

Multi-Room Video / Home Theatre

OK so this might be the coolest feature of smart home installations. Sharing all of your video sources and collapsing all of your devices into a single rack in the media or mechanical room (did we mention we are big on aesthetic). This creates a clean installation with no wires and if you use in-wall hidden speakers the only thing seen is the TV. You can share video sources across multiple rooms so there is no need to replicate your Rogers or Bell boxes at each TV station and plug in Roku, Fire sticks and Chromecast devices everywhere to watch a movie. So if some occupants want to watch Team Canada “Go for the Gold” in the Theatre and Cabana you can display that on two TVs (sharing the same source) while Grandma watches Jeopardy on the TV in the Family Room.

Integrating all your thermostats (from multi-stage HVAC systems, Heat pumps, FAG, Humidifiers, in-floor heating etc.) allows you to have a comprehensive overview of your homes comfort with control at your fingertips. Control4 allows you to customize your "Rooms" for the functions that are most convenient in that area - making your system "Room" aware. For e.g. during the summer months with East or West facing floor to ceiling windows you would want to have them partially closed for certain periods of the day to help your AC cool the house. When you are out at the grocery store and FedEx is dropping something off you will receive a video call from your front door on your phone. When you need to call the kids for dinner just broadcast a video call to their rooms. If you are out back in the Cabana and friends arrive at the front door you can conference with them and tell them to “come around back”.
